charming and cozy stay!
helpful staff vast selection comfortable rooms special touch
the staff were very nice and helpful. the breakfast was great, even with many choices. the rooms are comfortable and i have access to water, tea and coffee anytime. the fireplace in the room was a special touch.
the rooms were really small for what i paid. the hotel needs to do a better job of communicating this.

the room features a comfortable bed with soft linens and plump pillows, i really did enjoy it. the ensuite bathroom has fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, this was so handy. the air conditioning was working well.

the staff were attentive and kind. the courtyard garden offered a peaceful retreat after sunny days. ali, emre, and the breakfast staff created a cute atmosphere. i appreciated their attentiveness to ensure my stay was pleasant and nice.
the room felt a bit small, but i understand rooms are more compact.

the back garden area provides a lovely space for breakfast and relaxation. the pool looked inviting, though i visited during cooler weather. the hotel is near the beach, stores, and restaurants.

the staff offered really good service. they provided helpful suggestions for dinner. a welcome drink of turkish coffee and homemade citrus liqueur was offered upon arrival. i got homemade jam as a gift.

the breakfast i ate there was acceptable. there was a good range of things to choose from.
my room was not ideal. the air conditioning didn't work well and the room became very hot. i asked about this problem, but it wasn't solved .

friendly staff delicious breakfast noise issue bathroom mold
the staff were consistently friendly and helpful i found the breakfast to be particularly excellent with delicious made to order options the hotel provided easy access to water, tea, coffee, and snacks at any time
my room, a standard double room, experienced significant noise i could hear conversations and movement from the corridor i also noted some mold in the bathroom above the shower

dinner suggestions free drinks homemade jam handmade soap
i liked the staff very much. they offered dinner suggestions. i received free drinks upon arrival including turkish coffee. homemade citrus liqueur was very good. the hotel also gifted homemade jam and soap at the end.
the pool needed maintenance.
